Christopher J. Donatelli
Chris is the President and CEO of Donatelli Management and has served in that capacity since 1998. In 2006, Mr. Donatelli was given the Visionary Award from the Washington DC Center for Economic Development, he received the 2009 Economic Development award from the African-American Real Estate Professionals Foundation, and in 2014 he was honored with the DCBIA Development Achievement Award – Private Sector. He is a frequent speaker at ULI, NAHB, and Bisnow conferences.
A native Washingtonian, Mr. Donatelli is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and an M.B.A. in Real Estate from American University in Washington, DC. He is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Gonzaga College High School, and of the Stone Ridge School of the Sacred Heart, and is a Board Member of the DCBIA. Mr. Donatelli has also opened three restaurants it the District: Lou’s City Bar and Acre 121 in Columbia Heights and Ten Tigers in Petworth—a sports bar named for his father, a barbecue and live music restaurant, and a Asian bar & food parlour, respectively.
Mr. Donatelli resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Karen, and their four children: Christopher, Caroline, Claudia and Catherine.
Stephen T. Harrison
Steve is a Vice President of Donatelli Management. Mr. Harrison has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1984. He joined Donatelli in 1990 and supervised the management of all multifamily holdings and over 1.3 million square feet of commercial properties. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Harrison was the development manager for over $5 million of tenant improvements for these sites. Mr. Harrison managed the site design, plan approval and permit process for the development of 450 acres of residential real estate. His responsibilities include identifying development opportunities, conducting feasibility studies and undertaking financial analysis.
Mr. Harrison is a native Washingtonian and is a graduate of Walt Whitman High School. He received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Lynchburg College located in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Ted is Operations Director for Donatelli Management. Ted has been involved in the real estate industry since 1994. He was previously employed as a Commercial Manager for First Potomac Management, an affiliate of Donatelli. For First Potomac, Ted managed over one million square feet of commercial space for both office and industrial facilities.
Ted attended Regis College and the University of Maryland.
John K. Groth
John is the Marketing Director for Donatelli Management. He has worked in real estate for over 15 years, primarily in apartment and condominium marketing. His responsibilities include corporate and project marketing, branding, advertising, and event planning, as well as managing the leasing and sales teams until the project is stabilized.
Mr. Groth is from the Washington area and attended Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda. He is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland where he received a B.S. degree in Marketing.
Mike is the Retail Manager for Donatelli Management. In that capacity, he is responsible for the oversight of approximately 55,000 square feet of retail space and twenty retailers across Donatelli’s portfolio. He is a licensed realtor in DC and has been working in real estate for the last ten years.
A third generation Washingtonian, Mike is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School. He earned a B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and received a Master’s degree from Oxford University in Oxford, England.
Doug is a Regional Manager with Donatelli Management. He has over 25 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate and property management. Mr. Tallman oversees management operations of the residential properties in Donatelli Management’s portfolio, including budgeting, leasing, capital improvements and database and personnel management. He has previously worked with Bozzuto Management Company, Keener Management, and PH Hoffman managing properties and sales teams.
Mr. Tallman is a Certified Property Manager and holds a DC Property Management License. He received a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University.
Sarah is a Property Manager with Donatelli Management. She oversees daily operations and tenant relations for numerous Donatelli Management properties. Ms. Curcio-Rudy has experience managing both Class-A Residential lease-up and stabilized communities in the Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD, metro areas. She has previously worked with Bozzuto Management Company and Wood Residential Services.
Ms. Curcio-Rudy is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and holds a DC Property Management License. She received a B.S. degree in Hospitality Administration from Buffalo State College.
Barry is a Sales Manager for Donatelli Management. He has been in the real estate business for nearly 30 years, first as a Sales Manager for New Home Sales in the Washington area, then founding Domus Realty LLC, a company that handles both new home sales as well as general brokerage services.
Mr. Smith graduated with a B.A. from Wheeling College in West Virginia and a Ph.D. from Georgetown.
Oscar is Lead Service Manager with Donatelli Management. He has over 15 years of experience in building management. Mr. Castro currently oversees daily maintenance operations for Donatelli Management’s residential and commercial portfolio, including budgeting, inventory management, vendor coordination, and supervision of onsite service staff.
Mr. Castro was previously employed as Maintenance Manager with The Bozzuto Group and Kettler Management, and holds a CCP HVAC Universal Certification.
